No, the Triton system for flat roofs is installed without a fixed connection to the roof. This prevents unnecessary damage to the roof surface and eliminates other potential sources of danger, such as unwanted water leakage into the building. Lifting and slipping of the module panel is prevented by adding ballast to the mounting system. Wind tunnel tests of the Triton flat roof mounting system by the IFI Institute in Aachen form the necessary calculation basis for this.
We realize the alignment of the Triton flat roof mounting system on customer request depending on the project. In order to mount the highest possible capacity of solar modules on the available roof surface, the Triton East/West Mounting System with 12° inclination is predestined. The maximum yield per installed module area is achieved with the Triton South Mounting (available at 10°, 12° and 15°).
The distance between the module rows depends on the angle of entry of the sun at the respective project location. To prevent mutual shading of the module rows, the distance required during the lowest sun position on December 21st is calculated. If the performance per available roof area is to be increased by smaller distances between the module rows, partial shading is entered into for the period from November 15th to January 27th.
We guarantee very fast installation times for each of our mounting systems. We achieve this through a simple and easily understandable structure of the systems and a high degree of pre-assembly. We achieve up to 50 % shorter assembly times compared to similar mounting systems.
The T.Werk GmbH was founded in 2012. The co-founder and managing director Markus Ziegler could already rely on over 5 years of experience as technical manager of a substructure manufacturer. To date, T.Werk has sold several hundreds of MWp substructures and, for instance, has installed more than 60 international outdoor projects.
T.Werk mounting systems are already in use worldwide. However, the main sales market is the German market. At present, all projects are coordinated and supplied from the company headquarters in Ellzee.

Yes, almost all modules can be installed. In addition to the standard 60 cell modules, 72 cell modules, frameless glass-glass laminates, the “old” monocrystalline modules (1580 x 808 mm) as well as hybrid modules and hot water collectors can be installed.
